The Ptidej Web site has been attacked by malicious people who created fake users (with fake portraits) to propagate spams.
The Ptidej Web site has been attacked by malicious people who created fake users (with fake portraits) to propagate spams. Unfortunately (and suspiciously) this attack happened right at the beginning of the session, during the high time of grant applications. The IT Security people took measures to prevent spamming by blocking access to the site.
Also unfortunately, this choice has impacted the quality of the research and teaching of the participants to the Ptidej project, even though this was not a security threat and it has been promptly corrected (cf. this page).
